Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and communication-skilled Telecaller Executive responsible for generating leads through outbound calling, identifying potential customers, and maintaining client follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to build customer interest and support the sales team in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities




Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and business promotion
Identify prospective clients and generate qualified business inquiries
Explain company products and services to customers professionally
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and prospects
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/software
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates
