Position: Production Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise end-to-end production operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, operators, and workers, ensuring effective manpower utilization.
Plan manpower and allocate workers according to production requirements and shift schedules.
Ensure all workers strictly follow approved SOPs, work instructions, and process procedures.
Monitor production activities to ensure quality, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Conduct regular shop-floor monitoring and ensure compliance with defined manufacturing processes.
Prepare and maintain production reports, daily production records, shift reports, and KPI/MIS reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, Purchase,



and other departments to resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) requirements within production operations.
Handle and support GMP audits, including audit preparation, documentation, employee awareness, and closure of audit observations.
Handle and support ISO audits, ensuring production processes and records comply with applicable ISO requirements.
Ensure proper implementation and adherence to SOPs, GMP, ISO procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
Train workers on SOPs, work instructions, GMP requirements, safety, quality standards, and valuable manufacturing practices.
Identify process deviations and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Investigate production problems using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis.
