Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer-Python with python, react, npm and node.js who thrives at the intersection of engineering and product. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.
8–15 years of qualified software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery
Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications
Solid backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design)
Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, npm, and modern build tooling
Robust experience with system integration: REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations
Proven experience in production deployment & support, including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering
Strong knowledge of Git,



branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)
GenAI / Agentic AI Skills (Must Have / Solid Plus)
Practical understanding of LLMs and GenAI workflows: prompt design, RAG patterns, embeddings, context management, and evaluation
Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and/or open-source models
Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI implementations.
Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel (or equivalent custom orchestration)
