Core Backend & Architectural Fundamentals: Deep dive into data structures, algorithms, and microservices/distributed system architecture patterns. While we embrace a language-agnostic mindset, solid proficiency in Java or Python is preferred.
Cloud & Infrastructure (Valuable to Have): Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, container frameworks (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is a major advantage.
