Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive institutional partnerships and student enrolments across North 24 Parganas. This field-based role involves developing relationships with educational institutions, conducting career guidance seminars, counselling students and parents, generating qualified leads, and achieving admission targets through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, computer institutes, NGOs, educational consultants, and community organizations.
Generate quality student admissions through institutional tie-ups, seminars, roadshows, referral marketing, field marketing, and local networking.
Conduct career guidance seminars, employability workshops, financial literacy sessions,



and parent awareness programs.
Provide personalized career counselling to students and parents, helping them choose suitable programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners, referral sources, alumni, and industry specialists.
Identify current business opportunities and expand our presence within the assigned territory.
Represent us at education fairs, career fairs, exhibitions, college events, and community programs.
Maintain CRM records, daily visit reports, lead trackers, conversion reports, and sales performance reports.
