Role & responsibilities
Design and development of LV/HV traction inverters and motor controllers.
Work on power stage, gate-driver circuits, DC-Link capacitors, MOSFETs/IGBTs and current sensing.
Develop and validate PMSM/BLDC motor-control systems using FOC.
Perform circuit simulation, hardware bring-up, debugging and product validation.
Conduct DVP, functional, performance, thermal and reliability testing of inverter systems.
Work on EMI/EMC, switching waveforms, efficiency and thermal validation.
Develop/control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded C.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development, testing, manufacturing and vehicle integration.
Support root-cause analysis and resolution of field/design issues.




Must have worked on 2 WH/3 WH/4 WH in EV or electronic Vehicles of LCV/HCV/PV

Preferred candidate profile
Solid fundamentals in Power Electronics & Inverter Design.
Hands-on experience with Traction Inverter / Motor Controller.
Knowledge of PMSM / BLDC, FOC, SVPWM and motor-control loops.
Experience with MOSFET/IGBT, Gate Drivers, DC-Link and Current Sensing.
Exposure to CAN, Embedded C and MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience in hardware testing, validation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC and thermal management will be preferred.
