Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and maintain interactive Excel dashboards for management review.
Handle large volumes of data, including data collection, validation, cleaning, and consolidation.
Generate management reports and provide accurate business insights.
Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and Data Validation.
Track KPIs, productivity, performance, and operational metrics.
Automate recurring MIS reports wherever possible to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate required data.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
Support management with data-driven reports for decision-making.

Advanced MS Excel – Mandatory

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in IT, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of relevant MIS/Reporting experience.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Candidates comfortable working from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai are preferred.
