We are looking for a Client Management Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered as promised.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
Coordinate with creative, production, and other internal teams for project execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to the internal team.
Track project progress and follow up on pending approvals or deliverables.
Build robust, long-term relationships with clients.




Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.
Maintain client records, project documentation, quotations, and related communication.

Requirement:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Good organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Qualified, confident, and solution-oriented approach.
Prior experience in advertising, media, production, digital marketing, or a creative agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
