About the Role

Awish Dermacare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Director who can independently manage the Director’s day-to-day schedule, meetings, appointments, travel plans, follow-ups and skilled coordination.

The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, well-organized, trustworthy, presentable and excellent at communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Daily Schedule Management
Manage the Director’s complete daily calendar and schedule.
Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments and key commitments.
Maintain an updated schedule of upcoming meetings, events and activities.
Brief the Director about the day’s schedule and priorities in advance.
Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate changes in the schedule as and when required.




Meeting Management
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Coordinate with clients, employees, vendors, consultants and business associates.
Send meeting reminders and ensure all necessary information is available before meetings.
Maintain meeting notes, action points and follow-ups where required.
Track pending commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
Travel Planning & Coordination
Manage the Director’s complete travel schedule.
Plan and coordinate domestic travel to locations such as Jaipur, Mathura, Delhi and other cities as required.
Arrange flights, trains, hotels, cabs and local transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and share all relevant information with the Director.
Track travel timings, hotel bookings and transportation arrangements.
Handle last-minute changes and travel-related requirements efficiently.
