Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited, Udaipur is urgently looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business prospects, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
Coordinate with production, technical, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues.
Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., MBA, BBA, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
Experience in industrial sales, machinery, equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship and team-management abilities.
