Role Overview:-

We are looking for a commercially sharp and relationship-driven Manager – Business Development to accelerate revenue growth across the herbal extracts, botanical ingredients, and Ayurvedic product space. This role sits at the intersection of purpose and performance — ideal for a skilled who understands the pharmaceutical or herbal industry landscape and is passionate about building meaningful, long-term client partnerships.

You will be the frontline driver of current business while deepening relationships with existing clients, positioning the company's high-quality herbal and botanical offerings in a competitive and evolving market.

What You'll Do:-
Drive revenue by generating new business from both existing and prospective clients across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, and FMCG sectors
Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, cold outreach, and product presentations to negotiation and contract closure




Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales and business development process
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new markets, untapped customer segments, and emerging product opportunities
Position and promote the company's herbal extract and botanical product portfolio by anticipating and addressing client requirements proactively
Build and sustain fruitful, long-term B2B relationships with clients across the agriculture, herbal extract, and sustainable development sectors
Engage confidently across all stakeholder levels — from plant and operations personnel to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers
Leverage social media platforms and digital tools to strengthen brand visibility and support business development efforts.
