Position Overview
The Counter Cashier is the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant counter. This role ensures smooth transactions, accurate billing, and a welcoming customer experience. The cashier also supports front-of-house operations by coordinating orders and maintaining cleanliness at the counter area.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet guests warmly and assist with menu inquiries.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Cash Handling
Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, card, and digital payments.
Issue receipts, manage change, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
