Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a mature, people-first approach to manage HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling people-related matters, resolving concerns professionally, and working closely with management and teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and exit processes.
Handle recruitment through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals.
Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns with maturity, empathy, and confidentiality.
Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities.
Lead community initiatives and CSR-related employee programs.
Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.




Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring and people-related requirements.

Requirements
5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a quick-paced organization.
Hands-on experience with recruitment through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven experience in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities.
Experience in community outreach, CSR, or employee-led social initiatives will be an advantage.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Robust people-management and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
