About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us generate recent business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads through various channels
Identify potential clients and business opportunities
Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into clients
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Promote Ocena’s software development, AI, blockchain, and technology solutions
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
Maintain regular updates on leads, prospects, and sales activities




Consistently work toward achieving sales targets

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident personality with a results-oriented approach
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
Good understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
