Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Sales & Operations to lead and expand our Solar EPC business across Karnataka.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of the solar industry and EPC projects, and a proven track record in managing sales, operations, project coordination, and business growth across residential and commercial solar projects.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales and operations for residential and commercial Solar EPC projects.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence and market share across Karnataka.
Generate current business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, corporate clients, builders, consultants, and other relevant networks.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and project closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, business partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, project, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
Lead, motivate, and manage sales and operational teams.
Prepare and monitor sales targets, project pipelines, revenue forecasts, and operational KPIs.
