We are looking for a proactive and organized Training & Development Coordinator to manage and coordinate employee training and development programs across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, preparing training calendars, coordinating with trainers and employees, conducting onboarding and induction programs, maintaining training attendance and records, conducting assessments and feedback sessions, and tracking employee progress at different stages such as 15 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. The role will also involve identifying skill gaps, coordinating with department heads for employee development plans, monitoring the practical application of training, preparing training MIS and performance reports, and ensuring timely completion of all training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, follow-up and organizational skills, valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to work closely with employees and managers to build a continuous learning and development culture.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
