Assist HR teams in improving talent assessment and employee development processes.
Support quarterly updates and feature enhancements.
Learning Management (Oracle Learning Cloud - OLC)
Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud.
Support learning initiatives, certifications, learning assignments, and learning communities.
Manage learner and manager learning workflows.
Configure learning catalogs, specializations, and course offerings.
Resolve learning-related system issues and user queries.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and process administration.
Assist in requisition setup, candidate management, approvals, and hiring workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment process improvements.
Ensure recruitment processes align with business requ
