Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Generate leads and schedule appointments/follow-ups for the sales team.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Maintain call records, customer data, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Follow up on pending inquiries and inactive customers to generate business opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
