Position Overview And Objective
The Sales Operations - Order Management Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day order and contract operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, maintaining alignment with contract terms, and supporting some renewal quote generation. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and renewals.

Responsibilities - Order Processing & Order Management




Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems
Review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details
Ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements
Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies
Respond to Sales inquiries related to orders, and invoices; and support order corrections as needed.

Responsibilities - Sales Support
Provide first-level administrative sales support
Support the end-to-end chance lifecycle, including renewal quoting as needed
Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.
