Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused B.Com Fresher to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in Retail Sales and Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
Assist with POS billing, payments, exchanges, and returns.
Maintain proper product displays and store cleanliness.
Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
Maintain basic sales, customer, and inventory records.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily operations.




Learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer-handling practices.

Requirements
Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Freshers.
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Knowledge of POS billing or retail operations is an added advantage.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Robust willingness to learn and develop a career in retail.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
