Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring food and beverage costs and maintaining cost-control records.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reconciliation.
Verify purchase invoices, goods received notes (GRNs), and supplier pricing.
Monitor food cost, beverage cost, recipe costing, and menu costing.
Assist in preparing daily consumption and cost reports.
Track stock movements, transfers, wastage, spoilage, and complimentary items.
Reconcile physical inventory with the POS and inventory management system.
Support monthly stock-taking and investigate inventory variances.
Ensure proper documentation for purchases, issues, transfers, and returns.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
Assist in maintaining standard recipes, portion controls, and yield calculations.
Prepare reports and provide data support to the Senior Cost Controller or Finance Manager.
Identify discrepancies and report unusual variances or potential cost leakages.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
