Job description:

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Asst Manager- Production with hands-on experience in sauces, pickles and jams manufacturing. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring consistent quality, and managing shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production of pickles and jams
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and batch output
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards on the production floor
Manage and guide production workers
Monitor raw material usage and maintain basic production records
Coordinate with procurement and quality teams
Identify and resolve production-related issues

Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in pickles and/or jams production (mandatory)
Ability to manage shop-floor operations and workers.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices




Ability to coordinate and work with different teams and departments.
Good communication and team handling skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Additional Information
Candidates with robust FMCG experience will be preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience into FMCG Production role.

Additional Requirement
Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
