Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector 3, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM/records.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in core sales / business development.
Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes and lead conversion.




Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Solid client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client meetings.
Candidates with solid experience in core sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
