Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end payment operations and transaction processing.
Process and monitor fund transfers, wire payments and SWIFT payments.
Perform payment investigation and resolve payment-related exceptions.
Validate payment instructions and ensure accurate processing within defined timelines.
Handle payment discrepancies, exceptions and transaction queries.




Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution of payment issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to process controls.
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
TL/AM/Manager: Lead teams, monitor performance and manage stakeholder escalations as applicable.
