Position: Aptitude Trainer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainers to train students for competitive and government examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and related topics.
Explain concepts clearly using straightforward and effective methods.
Prepare students for competitive and government examinations.
Conduct practice tests, mock tests, and performance assessments.
Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve their scores.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.




Freshers who have cleared the preliminary stage of any government/competitive examination can also apply.
Strong knowledge of aptitude and reasoning concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
