Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy Machine Learning models for business problems.
Build predictive models using XGBoost, Decision Trees, Random Forest and other ML algorithms.
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, EDA and model development using Python and SQL.
Evaluate models using appropriate performance and validation metrics.
Tune and optimize ML models to improve accuracy and business outcomes.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deploy models into production.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Solid hands-on experience in Data Science & Machine Learning.
Excellent Python and SQL skills.
Practical experience with XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree and predictive modeling.
Valuable understanding of statistics, feature engineering, model validation and ML lifecycle.
