Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset records, allocation details, and inventory.
Manage user accounts, access rights, email IDs, and system permissions.
Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and other IT service providers.
Ensure regular backup and basic data-security practices.




Monitor and resolve IT tickets and employee technical issues within defined timelines.
Support HRMS, attendance systems, biometric devices, CCTV, and other technology platforms as required.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, passwords/access records, and system configurations.
Ensure antivirus, operating systems, applications, and security updates are maintained.
Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection measures.
Support recent employee onboarding by arranging laptops, email IDs, system access, and other IT requirements.
Coordinate IT requirements during employee exits, including asset recovery and access deactivation.
Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
