Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Architecture Engineer to lead the development of vehicle architectures for agricultural and off-highway machinery. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Digital Mock-Up (DMU), Vehicle Packaging, BOM Management, PLM processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimized vehicle design, manufacturability, serviceability, and quality throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of complete vehicle architectures by translating high-level product requirements into optimized vehicle layouts.
Conduct Digital Mock-Up (DMU) reviews to identify and resolve packaging conflicts,



interferences, assembly issues, and serviceability concerns.
Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Serviceability (DFS) methodologies throughout the product development process.
Support both Physical and Virtual Vehicle Builds by ensuring design readiness and issue resolution.
Create and manage Vehicle BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensure BOM alignment in Purchase Orders (POs) with Teamcenter.
Process and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) using Teamcenter Engineering (TCaE).
Perform DMU Closure activities in collaboration with design teams.
Create and manage Variants using PRP (Product Rule Processor) and support configuration management.
Utilize Creo, Vis Mockup, and other CAD tools for vehicle layout, packaging studies, detailed design, and motion envelope analysis.
