Role & responsibilities :
* Plan and execute local marketing activities for NIA EV.
* Generate leads through events, promotions and field activities.
* Coordinate with showrooms, dealers and sales teams.
* Manage outdoor branding, banners, pamphlets and activations.
* Conduct market visits and competitor research.
* Support digital and social media marketing activities.
* Track leads and campaign performance.
* Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
* 24 years of marketing experience preferred.
* Positive communication and presentation skills.
* Robust knowledge of the Pune local market.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
* Positive coordination and team-management skills.
* Willingness to travel for marketing activities.
* Automobile/EV experience will be an advantage.
