Independently manage and oversee shift production across multiple shifts.
Operate and supervise VMC, HMC, and special-purpose machines.
Perform CNC programming and conduct part prove-outs.
Lead and manage unionized, non-unionized workforce, and trainees while maintaining discipline.
Ensure achievement of production targets, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency during shifts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Implement and sustain best shop-floor practices aligned with EHS and Lean standards Role & responsibilities
