Role & responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for staff and shopfloor manpower.
Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements and interview schedules.
Screen CVs and coordinate candidate communication.
Assist in joining formalities and induction of recent employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support campus recruitment, walk-ins and other sourcing activities.

B. Attendance & Time Office
Monitor daily attendance and absenteeism of employees.
Coordinate with departments regarding absenteeism and manpower shortages.
Support preparation of daily/weekly attendance and absenteeism reports.
Assist in maintaining leave records and resolving attendance-related queries.
Support contract manpower attendance verification.

C. Employee Relations
Act as a first point of contact for routine employee queries and concerns.
Maintain regular interaction with shopfloor employees.




Support HR initiatives related to discipline, employee grievances and workplace behaviour.
Participate in shopfloor visits and employee interaction activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

D. Training & Development
Coordinate departmental training requirements and training schedules.
Maintain monthly training trackers and records.
Support employee participation and feedback collection for training programs.
Assist in induction and orientation programs.
Support various learning and development initiatives.

E. Employee Engagement & R&R;
Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
Assist in execution of employee recognition and reward programs.
Coordinate activities related to employee communication, celebrations and engagement initiatives.
Support feedback collection and participation analysis.
