We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing function, strengthen our digital brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and build scalable digital growth strategies across the organization.

Role Overview

The Head – Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall digital marketing strategy, driving online customer acquisition and engagement, strengthening digital brand visibility, and leveraging technology, data, and performance marketing to achieve business objectives.

The role will work closely with senior management, business teams, product teams, technology, research,



and external agencies to build a solid and measurable digital ecosystem for Arihant Capital Markets Limited and its digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's business and growth objectives.
Build a comprehensive digital roadmap covering customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Identify current digital channels, platforms, and opportunities to drive business growth.
Establish clear digital marketing goals, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI frameworks.
Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and optimize customer acquisition strategies for trading, investment, wealth management, and other financial products.
Drive qualified leads, customer registrations, account openings, and conversions through digital channels.
