Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling client calls, addressing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and managing day-to-day backend operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally and courteously.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information or assistance.
Respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on client requests and operational matters.
Perform day-to-day backend and administrative activities.
Maintain and update client records, databases, and operational reports.
Process documents, data entries, and other backend tasks accurately.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Follow up with clients and internal teams wherever required.




Assist in preparing reports and maintaining operational documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the operations team.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate person when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling client and company information.
Perform other operational duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and computer applications.
Positive data-entry and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage work within deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in operations, customer service, or backend support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
