Job Description

We are looking for experienced and service-oriented F&B; Service professionals to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service and a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests.
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment coordination.
- Assist in restaurant, banquet, room service, and other F&B; operations.




- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and hotel services.
- Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B; Service / Hotel Industry.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of hygiene and hospitality standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
