Role Description
The Vice President Employee Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for leading the Employee Benefits portfolio, including strategy development, product design,



and client advisory across diverse industry sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing benefits program structuring, negotiating with insurers, managing key client accounts, and ensuring high-quality delivery of perks administration and servicing. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, underwriting, claims, and risk management to develop integrated solutions and support business growth. The Vice President will also mentor team members, drive process improvements, monitor market trends, and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Employee Benefits and Employee Benefits Design.
