We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective customers, conduct property site visits, and close real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and local marketing.
- Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Requirements




- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.

Compensation

Attractive Incentives/Commission based on performance.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of the local area is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
