About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive and social-media-obsessed Social Media & Creative Manager who can take ownership of our brand’s digital presence.

We are not looking for someone who simply posts content.

We are looking for someone who thinks content.

Someone who constantly observes trends, generates fresh ideas, develops creative campaigns, conceptualises shoots and finds new ways of presenting jewellery and the brand on social media.

The person will work closely with the founders/management and the internal creative team to build a distinctive, engaging and recognisable social media presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop fresh and unconventional content ideas for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Create monthly and weekly content strategies.
- Constantly research trends, formats, creators, brands and cultural moments.
- Translate trends into original ideas relevant to our jewellery brand.




- Develop recurring content properties and social media series.
- Generate concepts for Reels, Stories, campaigns, product launches and festive communication.
- Continuously experiment with recent formats rather than repeating existing content.

Shoot Conceptualisation & Production
- Conceptualise jewellery shoots, campaign shoots and social-first content shoots.
- Create moodboards, references and shot lists.
- Decide the visual direction, storytelling and content requirements before shoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists and internal teams when required.
- Help direct short-form content and ensure enough usable content is captured from every shoot.
- Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of social content.

Reels & Short-Form Content
- Develop hooks, concepts and scripts for Reels.
- Understand short-form storytelling, retention and social-media-first editing.
