Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across
SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing, and social media
.
- Manage and optimize
Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns
to generate qualified leads.
- Improve organic traffic through




keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO
.
- Manage email campaigns and support outbound lead-generation activities.
- Analyze performance using
GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot
and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Identify and test current growth channels, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the founder to execute TalentTasker's
GTM and customer acquisition strategy

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years
of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Strong hands-on experience with
SEO and Google Ads

- Good understanding of
GA4, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics
.
- Experience with
email marketing and content marketing
.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure
CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
