1. JOB PURPOSE

The Chief Accounts & Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Company's Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Banking, Working Capital, MIS, Budgeting, Cost Control, Audit and Statutory Compliance functions.

The position will provide accurate and timely financial information to the Management and ensure strong financial controls, effective cash-flow management, statutory compliance and project-wise financial monitoring.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Accounts & Financial Reporting
- Supervise the complete accounting function of the Company.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Review General Ledger,



Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, assets, liabilities and provisions.
- Establish appropriate accounting controls and procedures.
- Monitor project-wise and department-wise accounting.

B. Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Develop and monitor project-wise cost centres.
- Track project revenue, material cost, labour cost, subcontracting cost, overheads and profitability.
- Prepare project profitability reports.
- Monitor budget versus actual expenditure.
- Identify cost overruns and advise Management on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Projects, Purchase, Production and Sales teams for financial control.

C. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash-flow statements.
