This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining robust vendor relationships while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services
- Identify, evaluate,



and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Compare quotations and analyze suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Stores, Accounts, and Project teams
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Arts, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in EPC, solar, electrical, or construction industry)
