You'll support the marketing team in running, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube — helping grow our reach, followers, and content performance. A hands-on way to break into performance marketing at a fast-growing content studio.

What You'll Do
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Track daily performance metrics - CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS — and log learnings
- Help research target audiences, competitor pages, and ad creatives
- Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and thumbnails
- Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with the content/editing team for ad-ready assets
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends

Who We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / social media platforms
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn paid marketing hands-on




- Valuable communication and time management
- Own laptop preferred (not mandatory)

Nice to Have
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification (or coursework)
- Experience running personal/college page campaigns
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets formulas and basic analytics tools
- Interest in content, reels, and short-form platforms
