Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in Ahmedabad. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage sales strategies, lead and mentor the sales team,



develop and nurture client relationships, and drive business growth. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and sales data to identify opportunities, set targets, and ensure the achievement of organizational sales goals.

You will be a key driver of business growth, field execution, and channel development, while also laying the foundation for our pharma distribution vertical.

This role requires a self-motivated, market-oriented leader who is both hands-on and strategic. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Tech Lead. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves strategy, thrives on targets, mentors teams, and is ready to roll up their sleeves. Initially it will be a state-specific role, evolving with time into a multi-state and pan-India leadership opportunity.
