About the Role
As an Associate Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right solutions, and converting them into long-term customers.
This is a high-impact customer-facing role that combines consultative selling, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll work closely with designers, architects and contractors to help them make the right purchasing decisions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
- Build trust with customers through consultative selling.
- Convert qualified leads into successful orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Continuously learn about our product portfolio and industry trends.
Who We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Inside Sales.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent listening ability.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp throughout the day.
- Strong ownership and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in English
