Travel Consultant / Sales Executive

MakeMySafar is hiring a confident and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Sales Executive for our Hisar office.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, preparing quotations, following up with customers and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and office walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Sell flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages and visa services.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the internal team for bookings.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic Hindi communication skills are sufficient.




- Valuable customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Sales or travel-industry experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on the candidate's skills, communication ability and experience.
