Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to handle day-to-day hardware, software, network, and technical support requirements within the office. The person will be responsible for ensuring that all employees have properly functioning computers, systems, internet, printers, email, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems and coordinate repairs/replacements when required.
- Install and maintain Windows, MS Office, antivirus, and other required software.
- Create and manage official email IDs and user accounts.
- Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT assets including laptops, desktops,



printers, accessories, and other equipment.
- Keep proper records of IT assets issued to employees.
- Support current employee onboarding with laptop, email ID, system access, software, and other IT requirements.
- Handle employee IT requirements during joining, transfer, and exit.
- Take regular data backup and basic system security measures.
- Monitor antivirus, software updates, and system performance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Ensure proper IT security, access control, and confidentiality of company data.
- Maintain an IT issue/ticket tracker and provide timely resolution.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, projectors, video conferencing, and other office technology as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email, printers, and networking.
