We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor who understands short-form content, especially Instagram Reels, UGC videos, advertisements, and motion graphics.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage, UGC content, scripts, and creative concepts into high-retention, engaging, and visually appealing videos designed for social media and digital advertising.

We are looking for someone who understands that good editing is more than just cutting clips — you should have a solid sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, sound design, visual effects, and current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC videos, and social media ads.
- Turn raw footage and UGC clips into engaging short-form content.
- Create strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to capture attention.
- Use fast-paced editing, jump cuts, zooms, transitions, B-roll, captions, sound effects, and music effectively.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects where required.




- Edit performance-focused UGC and advertising creatives with a focus on watch time, engagement, and conversions.
- Understand and implement different editing styles based on the brand, audience, and creative brief.
- Create multiple variations of videos to test different hooks, openings, CTAs, and editing styles.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, visual language, and overall content quality.
- Source and incorporate relevant stock footage, graphics, music, sound effects, and other creative assets.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs and deliverables.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions quickly while maintaining quality.
- Organize project files, footage, assets, and final exports properly.
