Product Owner Job Description

Role Summary
Seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical execution, drive requirement clarity, coordinate teams, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage/prioritize the backlog.
- Coordinate with Data/Operations teams for data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, API/data flow requirements, and user guides.
- Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and drive timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication between business, operations, and technical teams.




- Conduct requirement refinement and support Agile delivery.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with User Stories, Agile, JIRA, Figma, and project management tools.
- Solid stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable requirements.

Preferred
- Accounting/Finance domain experience.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
