Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, build solid client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining financial products/services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sources.
- Contact potential clients and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain company products and services such as Mutual Funds, SIP, Investment & Trading.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the service and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in sales campaigns, meetings, and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, insurance, or mutual funds is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
