Role Description
The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition Human Resources will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support the company’s growth objectives. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.



The role includes maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, and supporting employer branding initiatives in line with organizational culture. The Assistant Manager will also assist with HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and HR data management, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in recruitment drives, and providing recruitment analytics and reports to leadership are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
