About the Role

We are looking for a technically robust and detail-oriented Tender & Costing Engineer to join our Flow Measurement Department. The role will be responsible for handling technical and commercial aspects of enquiries and tenders, preparing accurate costings and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive and technically compliant submissions.

The candidate should have good knowledge of flow measurement products and piping components, with the ability to understand customer specifications, drawings, datasheets, BOQs and tender requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTendering & Enquiry Management
- Review and analyse RFQs, tenders, BOQs, technical specifications, datasheets and customer requirements.




- Prepare complete technical and commercial tender submissions within defined deadlines.
- Identify tender requirements, deviations, exclusions and compliance requirements.
- Prepare technical clarifications and coordinate responses with customers/EPCs when required.
- Track tender status, submission deadlines and follow-ups.
- Study customer and EPC specifications and ensure compliance before quotation submission.

Costing & Estimation
- Prepare product-wise cost estimates and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Calculate material, manufacturing, machining, testing, inspection and other applicable costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Engineering and QA/QC teams to obtain accurate costing inputs.
- Analyse drawings and specifications to determine material grades, dimensions, sizes, ratings and manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain costing data and ensure quotations are commercially competitive while meeting required margins.
